Refund policy

Returns
Returns are not accepted as each piece of pottery/ceramics is an individual work of art. It is expected that the purchaser has taken great care in choosing the perfect piece of pottery/ceramics to add to their collection or give as a gift. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 business days if the item is damaged or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and correct the problem with a refund or a new item. If the item is irreparably damaged and a return is not required, photo documentation will be required to issue a refund. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
There are no exceptions other than those stated under “Damages and Issues.” Items are not returnable as each has been carefully selected by you as a piece of art for your home collection.


Exchanges

Exchanges are not possible due to the nature of the product being an individual work of art. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we receive your photo documentation or incorrect item that was sent, then let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the cost will be be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
